Mighty Muggs and a Gashapon

I went to Robinson’s Place Ermita last monday night and went to visit Toys “R” Us, to look for x’mas gift for my godson………..

While wandering around, i saw the latest wave of Mighty Muggs by Hasbro. Before I continue let me tell you what Mighty Muggs are, they are vinyl/plastic collectible toy series made by Hasbro. Their tagline claims that they are “made from 100% recycled awesome.” Currently, there are 3 lines of figures in the sets: Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Marvel. Transformers and G.I. Joe figures have been announced.

Anyways, 2 figures caught my eye and they are the Human Torch and Black-Suited Spider-Man. Between the two I’d choose Torchy over Spidey, that’s why I’ve made a simple collage for him.

A Brief Encounter With My Knuckles….

Hehehehe……..Meet thy knuckles……….these are my two clenched fist…….or should we say my number 1 asset, without them I wouldn’t be able to hold on anything, So what are my daily accessories? on my left hand (uhm the one in your right) - 2 silver rings - one on my index finger and the other on my middle finger……..on my right - my pinky / little finger bears my white gold ring, which was traded from my little brother for another ring and lots and lots of favors……….Bracelets……..for my daily bracelets I wore these two ion bracelets (gray - left; white - right), which was bought in SM’s Sports Central; whenever i was in my semi-formal / formal outfit I replaced these two for a rubber - stainless steel bracelet which i will post later……

Something to share this All Saint’s Day……

I’ve got this from yesterday’s Philippine Star, and i find it quite right to share to you guys………. 

Losing a loved one is certainly not easy but it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t go on with our lives. While death is not a subject that most people are comfortable about, there’s no denying that it is a part of life. And like with all things thrown our way, death is something that we must accept and live with. There is absolutely nothing wrong about feeling grief or being heartbroken by one’s loss, we are human after all. But one thing that we should always keep in mind is that wherever our loved ones may be, we still have our memories to cherish, hold on to, and to remind us that in spite of our loss, life is still worth living.
