Mighty Muggs and a Gashapon

I went to Robinson’s Place Ermita last monday night and went to visit Toys “R” Us, to look for x’mas gift for my godson………..

While wandering around, i saw the latest wave of Mighty Muggs by Hasbro. Before I continue let me tell you what Mighty Muggs are, they are vinyl/plastic collectible toy series made by Hasbro. Their tagline claims that they are “made from 100% recycled awesome.” Currently, there are 3 lines of figures in the sets: Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Marvel. Transformers and G.I. Joe figures have been announced.

Anyways, 2 figures caught my eye and they are the Human Torch and Black-Suited Spider-Man. Between the two I’d choose Torchy over Spidey, that’s why I’ve made a simple collage for him.

I didn’t take pictures of them because I didn’t bring my phone with me, instead I run around the web to look for images and luckily I did. In my search I found out that Hasbro also made Blank Mighty Muggs in white and in black, so it means you can customized it too. COOL!!! Also I did manage to find an Ultimate Captain America that is also cool. Now I have these three figures waiting for me to take them home.

Too bad that night I already used my card to buy perfume so I can’t use it for some time for now, thus I resolved not to buy Torchy yet. And it just takes a lot of will power to walk away from them. And so to console myself I bought 2 tokens and run up to Gundam 00’s gashapon machine, and got myself a Gundam 00 Dynames (same posture as the picture below).
